Whether you are a complete beginner, or have been doing yoga for a while; this class will allow you to explore yoga in more depth. Take a journey through the yoga basics. We cover breathing techniques, postures and variations, mudra, bandha and philosophy, mediation and yoga nidra. Each week there will be a different focus, but each time you will experience: Movement, meditation and mindfulness. We are hoping that you will take at least one new piece of wisdom away with you each week, to practice at home.
