    Here at Body Soul Yoga we offer Yoga Therapy on a private one to one basis.  This provides an intimate setting where you can feel comfortable and safe.  No prior knowledge of yoga is necessary and it is open to everyone, of all ages.  You do not need to be flexible or fit to benefit from Yoga Therapy.

    Yoga therapy can be done, in addition to any specific treatments you are receiving from your GP or specialist.
