The Element Ether represents those things beyond our everyday experience, particularly those things composed of pure energy: spirit, thought, and creative energy. It represents our ability to think and to communicate, as well as our creativity. It can also be associated with power, creativity, spontaneity, and inventiveness. It is associated with the throat chakra, Visshudha. We explore the element Ether by creating space, stillness, openness and awareness in our yoga practice.
30 Minute Yoga Flow: Grounded Pawanmuktasana Series And Balance Flow | BODY SOUL YOGA, with Faye Koe This week in our yoga classes, here at Body Soul Yoga, we have been moving slowly through our yoga practice. Too much heat in summer can make us fiery and aggressive. So we are being kind to ourselves this week. We start with a grounded Pawanmuktasana Series, to lubricate our joints. This is a 50 minute yoga class from our live yoga classes here at Body Soul Yoga Walton on Thames. It is based on a 15 minute practice. Essentially, the 15 minute flow class can be taken slow or fast, and we do this 15 minute practice twice; first slow and then fast. we also have a pranayama practice in between the first and second sessions and then finish with a relaxation.
