Faye is the Owner and Founder of Body Soul Yoga, based in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey and Ibiza.
Faye has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She is a qualified and certified British Wheel of Yoga teacher with a British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma, under Cathy-Mae Karelse, (January 2009 - February 2011). She also trained with Calm for Kids under Christiane Kerr (November 2008), and now teaches yoga to children of all ages. Faye was taught pregnancy yoga by Janet Balaskas and Wendy Teasdill at the Active Birth Centre in Highgate, North London, (2004 - 2006). She has also completed her YHLB, Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs Training with Alison Trewela. Faye is a registered Emergency First Aider, holds a CRB certificate and is a Chaperone for the Surrey Council Child Protection and Education Unit.
She has a Law degree and a Diploma in legal practice and was a City lawyer for 16 years until becoming a yoga instructor and business owner.
She is also a mother of two children; so she understands the need for yoga, balance, relaxation and meditation to de-stress and allay anxiety, build inner strength, boost the immune system and keep grounded in an ever demanding world.
Her yoga classes are taught with an emphasis on health and fitness; encouraging her students to challenge themselves whilst at the same time emphasising the non-competitive nature of yoga.
Faye teaches: Hatha Flow Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Mother and Baby Yoga, Yoga Therapy, YHLB (Yoga for healthy lower backs); Mens Yoga, Childrens' Yoga in schools, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga Nidra/Relaxation.

Olivia - After eight years of practicing Vinyasa flow yoga in London, Olivia continued to explore her interest in yoga when she moved to the island of Ibiza in the Balearics in 2014. Here she studied with various teachers, experimented with different styles of yoga and this is where yoga really became an integral part of her being. Olivia has completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance training in India with acclaimed teachers, Heather Elton and Emil Wendel. Her passion for yoga is deep rooted in the calmness and effect that it has on her own mind. When she teaches, she strives for it to have the same effect on her student’s minds, integrating the philosophy of yoga, awareness of the breath and having an empathetic approach to each and everyone she teaches.
Olivia’s other passion is music, playing the piano and composing since an early age. During her classes she will share her own musical journey in the hope that it will touch and awaken her students hearts and spiritually uplift them. She also has a keen interest in massage and will treat you to a very relaxing savasana after class. Olivia’s teaching style is dynamic and flowing for all levels. She will pay close attention to each student’s individual abilities and work within their range.
Olivia teaches vinyasa flow yoga, ashtanga yoga, hatha yoga, restoratative yoga, yoga nidra, pranayama, meditation, and uses music and massage to enhance your experience.

Laurence Koe is a qualified Yoga Alliance 200 hrs Teacher.
He is available on a private basis and teaches beginners sports yoga on a Monday night here at Body Soul Yoga Walton-on-Thames, Surrey.

Louise is a qualified Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher, a chartered physiotherapist, Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (beginners to advanced level) trained Pilates teacher, International TRX instructor and Scottish Massage School trained massage therapist. Her classes give you the peace of mind that you are exercising under the guidance of a chartered and qualified physiotherapist. The combination of her skills, her passion to treat each person as an individual and to look at the body as a whole, allow her to add that special touch to your service.
Louise has been involved in working for a Scottish Premier league football team St Johnstone, Scottish Rugby League Under 18 squad and was involved with Kilmarnock football pro youth development and National 1 Kilmarnock Rugby team.
