We are officially almost 3 months into 2021. Now is a great time to reflect on your health and wellness goals for this year and evaluate your progress. And with spring and sunny days approaching and the end of lockdown insight, it’s important for you to feel good inside and out.
My goal was to do yoga every day and spin on my bike. The yoga is going well, but my new goal for March is to jump on the bike every day, which I let slip a little!

Thank you to everyone who has signed up for the March yoga journey already. Just a reminder that our new yoga course starts on Monday. From 1/3/21 we will be offering 30 days of yoga online. Each day you will receive an email with the private link. Each class is 20-30 mins long, so that you can fit it into your day. You can watch when you are ready, any time of day and night.

March's yoga journey is all about preparing your body and mind for our exit from lockdown, and winter, so that we are ready to face the world, physically and emotionally strong. I hope you can join me. We have called the March yoga journey: Tone Up & Stress Down, and everyday will have a different theme.
