  • How Did Our Latest Yoga For Healthy Lower Backs Course Go?

    We have just completed our latest Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs Course.  We have had such lovely students through the door, some of whom have suffered back pain before; and some who have not, and who were looking to simply strengthen their core and backs.  12 weeks is a long time to commit to a course and we are so proud of everyone who has completed the Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs Course, here at Body Soul Yoga.  Here is what some of our students said:

  • What we learnt...

    Our students take away with them the knowledge and a tool kit to manage flare-ups of back pain and chronic incidents of back pain; a series of home practice sequences for the maintenance of a healthy spine, for life; relaxation practices: and confidence and a more mindful approach to their bodies.  We can't wait to teach our new students in January and hope to see some of our existing students back again for a refresher some time in the future.
