• BODY SOUL YOGA | Walton on Thames Surrey & Ibiza

    Welcome to Body Soul Yoga, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey and Ibiza. We hope you can join us soon for one of our many group yoga classes. We offer yoga classes for groups of n more than ten people; private, bespoke 1-2-1 yoga tuition and small group yoga sessions for you and your friends, personal yoga training and yoga therapy; and yoga workshops. We teach yoga to men and women, of all ages and abilities, and to children and babies and pregnancy pre natal yoga to mums to be and post natal yoga. We also teach restorative yoga, yoga nidra and meditation.

    Please take a look at our yoga videos and yoga podcasts, to supplement your yoga classes, or to catch up, if you miss a class. These are free!
